The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, customize the content and/or layout of our web pages, notify consumers about updates to our website or contact consumers for marketing purposes. We will not share your e-mail address with other organizations for commercial purposes without your consent. We will not share your phone number.

All employee data obtained by BeneSync from the client company shall be held in confidence and shall not be made known to other persons, parties or businesses without written permission from the client company.

All data obtained by BeneSync from the client will be destroyed upon the termination of our services.
